Returns

All returns or requests of exchange must be postmarked within twenty-eight (28) days of the purchase date. All returned items must not be used, washed or worn, and they must be with all original tags and labels attached and in original packaging. Items not meeting the above criteria, as well as exceptional items, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at hello@weareruba.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return label. After receiving an RMA email and return label, place the item securely in its original packaging, attach the label to the package and mail it to your local Royal Mail. 

Please note you will be charged £2.70 for the return label, which will be deducted from your original payment. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return since We Are Ruba Limited is not responsible for any lost items in the post.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. The amount of refund fee is less than the return label fee. Please allow at least ten 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. When you send back an item for an exchange, it depends on stock availability at the time. If we don't have the item you want to exchange, we will process a refund instead.
You should receive an email with the details of your return and if we are providing you with an exchange or a refund.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Warranty

We are utterly committed to providing our customers with a satisfying shopping experience. That is why we offer a 2 year warranty to replace any items that fail to live up to the highest standards we strive for. All our manufacturers use strict quality checks procedures and materials of the highest standards, including the excellent craftmanship methods used for production. We, therefore, offer a warranty for any item that does not maintain this level of quality over time, meaning we will replace it with a product of the same value or less.

While the return and exchange policy must respect a 28-day time window, our warranty does not have the same limitation. We commit to assisting you at any point during your possession of our jewellery.

Our warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to a third entity.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by everyday use of the products, such as tear (such as snapping due to force), theft or loss. We strongly recommend keeping your jewellery in a safe and secure place, away from any source of humidity.

Although we do understand that you might wish to have your jewellery altered, any third-party changes to the items, including resizing, polishing or engraving, will make the warranty inapplicable. Any shipping cost for replacement or repair services will be responsibility of the consumer.
